Diksha Chauhan serves as a Team Lead for Talent Acquisition at Ascendion since October 2022 and at Collabera Inc. since August 2020, where responsibilities include major hiring for IT roles such as Cloud, Salesforce, and Machine Learning. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Executive and Senior Corporate Recruiter at Rang Technologies Inc. from January 2018 to July 2020, focusing on full recruitment lifecycle and employee retention. Diksha holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Lakshmi Narain College of Technology (2016-2018) and is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree at FORE School of Management in New Delhi (2023-Present).
