Mark Walterbach MSN, RN currently serves as the Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships at Ascendco Health since November 2023. Prior to this role, Mark held various leadership positions at The University of Kansas Health System from October 2012 to April 2023, including Senior Director with health system-level responsibility for supply chain management, Clinical Director focused on project management for operational efficiencies, and Assistant Director overseeing the Sterile Processing Department. Mark also has experience as a Manager responsible for sterilization processes and staff management. Earlier professional roles included Information Technology Consultant at Cerner Corporation and Intensive Care Nurse at multiple healthcare institutions. Mark holds a Master’s Degree in Nursing Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Registered Nursing, alongside a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology.
