Lara Kiefer is a seasoned finance professional with significant experience in real estate investment and capital management. Currently serving as Vice President at Ascendant Capital Partners since February 2021, Lara previously held the position of Investments Associate at CIM Group from August 2019 to January 2021, and worked as a Real Estate Investing Analyst at Morgan Stanley from July 2017 to June 2019. Earlier experience includes a Commercial Real Estate Fall Internship at Deutsche Bank in late 2016 and an Acquisitions Internship at Palisades Capital Realty Advisors in the summer of 2016. Lara earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Real Estate Finance with a minor in East Asian Languages and Cultures (Mandarin) from the University of Southern California, graduating in 2017.
