Adrian Latortue is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in venture capital, startup management, and operational leadership. Currently serving as Principal at Ascend Vietnam Ventures and Senior Portfolio Manager at 500 Startups Vietnam, Adrian has a strong focus on investing in innovative teams and companies emerging from Vietnam. Previous roles include Co-Founder and COO of Compliy, a Global Regtech100 company, and COO and Co-founder of Embe, a global baby products company. Adrian's background also includes significant contributions as APAC City Launcher at Uber Technologies and Managing Director at Easy (Easy Taxi). Educational credentials include a BA in Architecture from Yale University and research as a Fulbright Scholar with the U.S. Department of State, focusing on urban development in Vietnam.
