Lilla Sooter, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Senior Human Resources Generalist at Ascend Technologies since February 2024, having previously worked as a Human Resources Specialist within the same organization from March 2020 to April 2023. Lilla has cultivated strong partnerships between management, employees, and senior leadership in HR roles, while also holding various positions in finance and project administration across several companies including Expleo Group, Airbus, and Assystem. Academic accomplishments include a Master’s Degree in French Language and Literature and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, both from Kansas State University, along with a minor in French. Lilla's diverse experience encompasses teaching, coaching, and specializing in customer support, contributing to a well-rounded professional background.
