Jack Burke is currently the Customer Solutions Director at Ascend Source, where Jack serves as the SAP Subject Matter Expert. Prior to this role, Jack worked as a Partner and Program Manager, as well as a Market Research Manager, also at Ascend Source. Before joining Ascend Source, Jack was a Process Guide at Amazon, where Jack ensured site compliance with regulations. Jack graduated from Eastern Illinois University in 2019.
