John Heid, PMP, PMI-ACP, and POPM, currently serves as a Program Manager for Enterprise Services, Applications, and Platforms, as well as Security, Compliance, and Generative AI at Ascend Learning since November 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Technical Project Manager in Cybersecurity and Security at Cerner Corporation, and consultancy positions specializing in Pharmaceutical R&D IT at PA Consulting and Kinapse. John began a technology consulting career at Accenture and has a background as a Validation Specialist at Foresight Group International AG. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in European History and Classical Languages from the University of Notre Dame and studies at The International Center for Hellenic and Mediterranean Studies in Athens, Greece.
