At LPL Financial, Jake served as Vice President, overseeing electronic communication compliance and enterprise risk management initiatives. Prior roles include Senior Vice President at Citizens Financial Group, where Jake led operations risk and fraud management, and Lean Manufacturing Manager at Stryker, focusing on process improvements in a regulated environment. Jake began a distinguished career as a Submarine Warfare Officer in the US Navy, attaining qualifications as a Navy Nuclear Engineer.
