Rahsaan L. is a highly experienced psychiatrist with a diverse background in mental health services, having held various prominent positions since 2014. Currently serving as a Staff Psychiatrist at Banner Health, Team Psychiatrist for the Phoenix Suns and Arizona Cardinals, and Medical Director at Ascend Healthcare Inc., Rahsaan specializes in Therapeutic Use Exemption evaluations and psychiatric consults for professional athletes, including roles with the Arizona Diamondbacks and PGA. As the Owner and Medical Director of Focus Therapeutics, LLC, Rahsaan provides mental health consultations specifically catering to MLB and NFL athletes. Additional experience includes co-ownership of Consultation & Crisis Intervention Associates, LLC, and previous roles with the National Basketball Players Association and NFL as a psychiatric consultant. Rahsaan holds an M.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and a BS from Brandeis University.
