David Baruch currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Waterfall Bank since September 2021 and holds dual roles as Associate General Counsel at both Ascend Health and Partners Pharmacy since February 2019. Previously, David acted as a Board Observer for P3 Health Partners from November 2019 to December 2020 and worked as an Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP from October 2017 to February 2019, also completing summer law clerk positions at the firm and Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Columbia University. Early experience includes roles as an Analyst at OurCrowd and a Foreign Law Clerk at the Supreme Court of Israel.
