Additionally, they have experience in human resources and organizational development from their time at Target and Old Navy. Overall, Nick has a strong background in driving change, establishing talent management strategies, and creating a positive employee experience.
Nick Wakefield has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Recreation from Western Washington University. Nick also holds a Master of Arts degree in Organization Management (MAOM) from the University of Phoenix. In addition to their formal education, Nick has obtained several certifications related to human resources and recruitment.
