Danny Bass is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in the automotive industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of Shared Services at Asbury Automotive Group since November 2024, Danny has previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at both ZT Automotive and Clay Cooley Auto Group. With a long tenure at Group 1 Automotive as Vice President of Transactional Accounting and Dealership Support, and earlier experience as Market Controller at Sonic Automotive, Danny has a robust background in financial management and operational support. Danny holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Troy University, as well as a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
