Janice Shi, CAMS, currently serves as the Manager of Licensing and Prudential Compliance at ASB Bank since November 2023. Prior to this role, Janice managed Product Compliance and Governance at TSB New Zealand from May 2022 to November 2023, and held various compliance and operational risk management positions at Westpac New Zealand from February 2020 to May 2022 and at Westpac Institutional Bank from August 2016 to January 2020. Janice's earlier experience includes client relationship and implementation roles at HSBC from August 2007 to August 2016. Janice Shi holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Finance from Massey University, completed in 2010.
