David Rumsey currently serves as the CEO of ASAP+ since July 2017 and holds board member positions at CONNECT+ CHINA and Stackchat. Rumsey's experience includes consulting for Customer Reach in early 2017, with a focus on enhancing customer experience across Australia, China, and Europe. Previously, Rumsey was the Chief Information Officer at Tourism Australia from November 2011 to December 2016, and held various managerial roles in organizations such as the Department of Family and Community Services (NSW), NSW Land and Housing Corporation, and Uptime Distribution. With a strong background in program management at NSW Businesslink and Optus, Rumsey brings extensive expertise in IT service delivery and corporate reform.
