Samantha Alaimo is a seasoned UX research professional with extensive experience in establishing and leading research practices. Currently serving as a Founding Senior UX Researcher at ASAPP since September 2022, Samantha previously held the same title at Zumper from April 2021 to June 2022, where responsibilities included building the UX research team and developing processes for managing research requests. Prior roles include Senior UX Researcher at Grubhub and User Experience Researcher at Inventables, where Samantha conducted user interviews and collaborated with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences. Samantha's career began with a focus on design and customer support, including roles as a Design Assistant and Customer Success Specialist. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts with an emphasis in Designed Objects from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
