Darren Swanson serves as the Vice President of Customer Experience at ASAPP since November 2020. Previously, Darren held the position of Vice President of Operations at HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions, managing multi-site operations across North America from August 2019 to November 2020. During a tenure at SYKES, from December 2016 to March 2019 as Senior Vice President of Strategic Client and Operations Management, Darren managed customer service operations for multiple Fortune 500 clients. Additional experience includes Vice President of Operations at Dish Network, overseeing customer service for 11 call centers, and Vice President of Global Operations at TeleTech, responsible for large-scale customer care operations across multiple countries. Darren’s career began with roles in management at NEXTEL COMMUNICATIONS, AON Innovative Solutions, Knowledge Alliance, Citicorp Diners Club, and Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Management, Finance, Economics, and Accounting from the University of Colorado Denver, along with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
