Brian King is a seasoned software engineering manager with extensive experience in voice infrastructure and technical solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at ASAPP since June 2019, Brian leads a team specializing in integrations between cloud AI services and call center solutions. Prior to this, Brian held key roles at Pindrop and Avaya, focusing on deep technical requirements for voice integrations, fraud detection, and serviceability in SIP technology. Brian's early career includes hands-on experience in circuit board assembly and testing at Brown Design Assistants. Brian holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree from the Colorado School of Mines, with a focus on Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering, and Physics Engineering, respectively.
