Luis Luciani is the Owner and Managing Director of ASAP Services, LLC, an international staffing and executive search firm founded in Venezuela in 2000. With experience that includes co-founding ASAP Canada Staffing and serving as CFO for ASAP Consultores C.A., Luis has significantly impacted the staffing industry, leading ASAP to be recognized as the #1 Staffing Firm for Quality Service in Venezuela by 2004. Active in numerous professional organizations, including the American Staffing Association and the Entrepreneurs' Organization, Luis has been dedicated to fostering community and professional growth. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Business Administration/Finance Engineering from Universidad Metropolitana and executive courses at Babson College and Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
