Tom Festa has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Tom currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at ASAP Site Services starting in June 2022.

Prior to that, they spent almost a decade at Leverage Marketing, where they held various roles including Senior Project Manager and Director of Project Development. In these roles, they managed and coordinated website presence for clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their businesses, processes, budgets, and goals.

Tom also worked at Real Select Consulting as a Business System Consultant, where they acted as a liaison between stakeholders and made recommendations to improve company infrastructure and processes.

Before that, they owned and operated Connecticut Technical Group, Inc, providing information technology and business consulting services to local businesses.

In their earlier career, Tom held positions such as IT Director/Operations Manager at RE/MAX Premier Realtors, Systems Business Analyst and Network Systems Engineer at Lincoln Financial Group, Network Administrator/PC Support Specialist/Client Installations at ADP, and Manager of Information Technology at Council on International Educational Exchange. Tom also worked as the Manager of Technical Support at Council Travel Services.

Overall, Tom has proven experience in project management, website development, business consulting, and technical support, making him a well-rounded professional with a strong background in technology.

Tom Festa attended Fairfield University from 1983 to 1987, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Hamden High School from 1980 to 1983.
