Martin Willow Gramfjeld is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an IT Counsellor at AS3 since August 2022. Previously, Martin held the position of IT Customer Solutions Specialist at GLS Denmark from March 2021 to March 2022, focusing on communication of IT solutions, external IT support, and automation, with increased knowledge in webshop integrations and MS. Martin’s career began at Visiolink, where roles included Customer Care Specialist and Junior Customer Care Specialist from January 2016 to May 2020, contributing to the production of publishing applications for various platforms. Earlier work experience includes a marketing internship at Elgiganten A/S and a service position at Tivoli Friheden. Martin holds an Academy Profession Degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Business Academy Aarhus and a high school diploma from Rosborg Gymnasium.
