Shpend Mirta is an experienced professional with a robust background in project and product management within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Product Owner at Ärztekasse Genossenschaft since July 2022, Shpend previously held the role of Project Manager at ELCA Informatique SA / ELCA Informatik AG from March 2020 to May 2022, as well as Project Manager/ATO at Stadler for a brief period in 2019. Prior to this, Shpend worked at RUF Telematik AG from January 2014 to May 2019, leading the development of the VisiWeb Passenger Information System, and held software development positions at Albis Technologies Ltd. and research roles at both Technische Universität Berlin and Fraunhofer Heinrich Hertz Institute. Shpend holds an EMBA in General Management & Project Management from Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences Switzerland and a Master's degree in Information Technology and Computer Networks from Technische Universität Berlin.
