Alejandro Schleyer García currently serves as the Tribunal Chancellor at the Arzobispado de Santiago, overseeing the Metropolitan Ecclesiastical Tribunal's chancery and acting as a notary for canonical judicial acts since April 2021. Previously, Alejandro held positions as Tribunal Notary and was involved in academic leadership at the Academia Latinoamericana de Líderes Católicos, where responsibilities included overseeing educational programs and coordinating leadership schools. Alejandro's academic contributions also include roles as an assistant lecturer in various legal subjects at the Universidad Finis Terrae and the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Alejandro earned a Licenciatura in Derecho from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and completed several diplomas focused on social doctrine and bioethics at Universidad Finis Terrae.
