Saif Haddad is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic sourcing and procurement, currently serving as Senior Director of Global Strategic Sourcing at Arxada since July 2021, and previously held various leadership roles, including Director and Associate Director at the same company. Prior to Arxada, Saif worked at Lonza from October 2018 to July 2021, advancing from Associate Director to Senior Manager in Global Procurement. Saif began a career at Colgate-Palmolive in April 2009, where responsibilities spanned from Strategic Sourcing Manager to several roles in manufacturing and quality control, culminating in a comprehensive understanding of procurement dynamics. Saif holds an MBA in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Rutgers Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Rutgers University.
