Sergey Reznichenko is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the mining and software industries. Sergey is the Founder, President and CEO of Sight Power, a company that specializes in developing spatial enterprise systems for mining companies. These systems provide integrated 3D data solutions and incorporate monitoring technologies into daily practices. Sergey also co-founded Arvizio, where they served as a Strategic Advisor and contributed to the development of advanced software solutions for augmented and mixed reality experiences. Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Sergey held various roles in mining and engineering companies such as De Beers and Rio Tinto. Sergey was also the Vice President of Mining at AmberCore Software. With a strong background in mining engineering and expertise in developing innovative technologies, Sergey has established himself as a leader in the industry.

Sergey Reznichenko completed their education with a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Mining from Moscow State Mining University (MSMU) in the years 1980 to 1985. Sergey then pursued further studies at Moscow State Geological Academy, where they obtained a PhD in Mining from 1989 to 1994. In 1995, Sergey earned a Certificate in International Management from Kingston University.
