Shaun Carlson has extensive experience in technology and leadership roles, currently serving as Director of Research & Development and Continuous Innovation at Arvig since August 2011, after holding several positions including Director of Information Technology and Senior Network Engineer within the same organization. Prior service includes leadership roles in the North Dakota Air National Guard, notably as Wing SAPM, and operational positions within the Force Support Squadron. Shaun also contributed to the Midwest Internet Cooperative Exchange as a member of the Executive Steering Committee. Previous experience includes sales engineering at V3 Technologies, LLC and systems engineering at Gardonville Cooperative Telephone Association. Shaun holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Mary and Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from North Dakota State University.
