Dieter Veening is currently the Chief Commercial Officer at Arviem. Prior to this, they worked as the General Manager at Table Bay Cold Storage and Logistics from January 2014 to February 2020, where they were responsible for managing both revenue and cost elements of TBCS's income statement. Dieter has also worked as the Trade and Commercial Manager at SafDal from February 2002 to March 2005, where they were responsible for the commercial sales and pricing for the Europe to South Africa trade. Dieter has developed and managed budgets, pricing guidelines and tariffs with signoff of budgets with European agencies. Dieter has extensive market knowledge and shipping experience which has allowed him to handle freight enquiries and visit agency and customer offices within Europe and South Africa.

Dieter Veening has a diploma in marketing and sales management from Port Elizabeth Technikon. Dieter also has a grade 5 to 7 certificate from Victoria Park High School and a Marist Brothers College certificate.

Their manager is Charles Vincent, CEO. They work with Simona Androvicsova - CMO, Harald Vogels - CFO, and Marco Sargenti - COO.
