Peggy Soo is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Associate and previously as an HR Analyst at Arvato Systems Malaysia since March 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Executive and Human Resources Assistant at Fordcon Jaya Sdn Bhd from July 2020 to March 2021, along with an internship in Human Resources at Arvato Systems Malaysia in early 2020. Peggy Soo holds a Master of Psychology with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Open University Malaysia (2021-2023), a Business Analytics Nanodegree from Udacity (2022), a Bachelor's degree in Social Science with a concentration in Psychology from Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology (2018-2020), and a Diploma in Social Science specializing in Counseling Psychology from the same institution (2016-2018).
