Erwin Kalsbeek possesses extensive experience in sales and project management within the automotive leasing sector, notably with Arval BNP Paribas Group since August 2002. Currently serving as the Regional Sales Efficiency Manager for the Nordics, Erwin also holds the role of Project Manager for the Nordic region, overseeing operations across Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Denmark. Previous positions include Business Development Manager for the retail sector, where responsibilities included managing the SME sales department in the Netherlands, and various project management roles focused on sales-related IT projects. Erwin's earlier experience includes leading sales teams and managing large accounts. Erwin's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in International Management from Saxion University of Applied Sciences and a Master's degree in International Business Administration from Southern Oregon University.
