Sugiyama Arata is an accomplished professional in the gaming industry, currently serving as the Head of Game Design at Betsoft Gaming since September 2023. With extensive experience at Aruze Gaming as a Senior Game Designer and Market Analyst since May 2016, Sugiyama has excelled in designing video and stepper slot games, focusing on the European i-Gaming market. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Game Designer at Konami Gaming Inc. from June 2003 to April 2016, where Sugiyama led game development teams and created various games, as well as an early career as a Software Engineer at Konami from April 1998 to March 2003, developing arcade games. Sugiyama holds a Master's degree in Neuroscience from Yokohama City University, completed in 1997.
