Ian McNeal has a diverse work experience starting as an Account Specialist at World Savings Bank in 2005, then moving on to Associated Tire Store, Inc. as an Accounts Receivable professional in 2006. Ian transitioned to Deloitte & Touche LLP, where they worked as an Audit Senior from 2009 to 2013. Subsequently, Ian joined ARUP Laboratories in 2013 as an Assistant Controller, later serving as Assistant Vice President, Controller, and ultimately as Director of Finance from 2019.

Ian McNeal earned their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Utah State University - Jon M. Huntsman School of Business in 2007. Ian later pursued a MAcc degree in Accounting from the same institution, completing it in 2009. Ian also holds a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the AICPA.
