Mark Barratt has over a decade of experience in IT service management, currently serving as the IT Service Manager for the Global Service Desk at Arup since September 2014. In this role, Mark manages a team of Analysts in the UK and Philippines, focusing on delivering technical support and enhancing service practices. Previously, Mark held positions at Arup as an IT Lead, overseeing IT support for over 150 staff and managing IT infrastructure, and as an IT Support Analyst, where responsibilities included providing on-site support and assisting with IT projects. Earlier experience includes working as a Technical Service Desk Agent at HP. Mark is a graduate of Zenos IT Academy, class of 2009.
