Jeanne Slaughter has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jeanne started their career as a Staff Accountant at McGrath & Meyers, PA from February 1992 to December 2000. From 1990 to 2010, they were a Member of Parenting Publications of America, a national trade association for regional parenting publications. Starting in 2003, Jeanne served as the Marketing Director for Chesapeake Family Magazine and Chesapeake Inspired Digital Magazine, where they developed and implemented integrated marketing strategies and managed an editorial team. In 2009, they became a Member of the Specialized Information Publishers Association. Since 2017, Jeanne has been associated with the American Bankers Association, advocating for the industry's diversity and supporting policies that drive economic growth. Currently, they hold the position of Corporate Communications Director at Arundel Federal Savings Bank, overseeing strategic customer and corporate communications.
Jeanne Slaughter earned their Associate of Arts degree in General Education with a focus on Business from Anne Arundel Community College from 2001 to 2004. Jeanne then went on to pursue their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from the University of Baltimore, from 2004 to 2007.
