Radu Miron has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Radu began their career in 2000 as a Business Analyst at Informatics SRL, where they gathered business requirements and designed integration solutions. In 2006, Radu joined SC Vitrometan SA, initially as a General Manager and President of the Board, overseeing enterprise systems and customer relationships. Radu later served as a Sales Manager and Member of the Board, responsible for local and international customers and financial monitoring. In 2014, Radu joined ArtSoft Consult as a Scrum Master, ensuring team agility and facilitating effective collaboration. Additionally, they held the role of Business Analyst at ArtSoft Consult.

From 1995 to 2000, Radu Miron attended the Technical University of Cluj Napoca, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
