Anca Cocota has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Anca started their career in 2011 as an English and Romanian Teacher at AIESEC Poznan. In 2012, they joined Hotelzon as a Customer Service Analyst, where they worked until 2014. After that, Anca moved to Travelport Hotelzon and served as a Hotel Provider Sales Specialist for two years. In 2015, they interned at the Chancellery of the Sejm. Currently, Anca is working at ArtSoft Consult as a Data Management and Customer Support Engineer, a position they have held since 2016.

Anca Cocota's education history begins with a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and European Studies, which they obtained from Babes Bolyai University Cluj Napoca between the years 2007 and 2010. Anca then pursued a Master's degree in International Relations and National Security Studies at the same university from 2010 to 2012. As part of their education, Anca also participated in an Erasmus Mobility program at the University of Wroclaw in 2012, focusing on Political Science and Government.

In addition to their formal education, Anca Cocota has obtained two certifications. In October 2012, they became a certified Trainer from Extreme Training. In September 2012, they also obtained a certification as a Youth Worker from Schultz Consulting.
