Samantha O'Hearn has a varied work experience, starting in 2011 as a Member Services and Ticketing Executive at Sydney Swans Ltd. Samantha then moved on to become a Membership and Ticketing Manager at Newcastle Knights from 2014 to 2018. Samantha joined Australian Grand Prix Corporation in 2018, initially as a Senior Manager - Consumer Sales, and later transitioning to the role of Senior Manager - Product and Customer Experience until 2023. In 2023, they became the Director of Customer Growth at Arts Centre Melbourne.
Samantha O'Hearn obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business and Commerce (Sports Management) from Western Sydney University from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Higher School Certificate at Castle Hill High School from 2001 to 2006.
