Phil Kelley is currently the Operations Manager Food and Beverage at Arts Centre Melbourne, overseeing 15 outlets across three locations. Previously, Phil served as the Group Operations Manager at Oriental Tea House Group and held various managerial roles at different companies such as KOOPS Training & Employment Solutions and Grand Hyatt Melbourne. Phil has a strong background in hospitality management and has obtained degrees in Training & Assessment and Hospitality Management from Inspired Education, Australian Institute of Management, and University of Sydney.
