Lisa K. Weber is a seasoned illustration professional with extensive experience in various roles spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Head of Illustration and Senior Illustrator at Art Machine since December 2022, Lisa manages the illustration department, collaborating globally and enhancing team processes. As the owner-operator of Lisa K. Weber Illustration since 2000, Lisa creates high-quality artwork for diverse projects while maintaining strong client relationships. In addition to these roles, Lisa has been the Creative Director and Lead Artist at HexComix since 2014, overseeing the production of comic book issues. As an Instructor and Mentor at Otis College of Art and Design since 2018, Lisa guides undergraduate students in creating comics while encouraging critical thinking. Past positions include graphic design roles at American Basics, AME Design, and Kids Headquarters, where Lisa developed trend-sensitive designs for various apparel markets. Lisa holds a BFA in Illustration from Parsons School of Design.
