Caroline Soss is an experienced talent manager currently working at Artists First since September 2016, where roles have included Talent Manager, Talent Coordinator, and Assistant. Prior experience includes internships at Paradigm Talent Agency and Artists First in 2015, as well as development internships at Denver & Delilah Films and The Montecito Picture Company in the summer of 2015. Caroline Soss holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Television, Radio, and Film from Syracuse University, earned between 2012 and 2016, and graduated from Springside Chestnut Hill Academy in 2012.
