Madelyn Shivley has a diverse work experience. Madelyn started their career at Artisent Floors in 2012 as the Director of Marketing, a role they held until 2014. Madelyn then joined The University of Memphis as a Social Media Coordinator from 2014 to 2015. Following that, they worked as a Marketing and Communication Coordinator at The University of Memphis from 2015 to 2017. Madelyn later returned to Artisent Floors in 2017 as the Director of Operations and currently serves as the Executive Vice President.

Madelyn Shivley obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication, General from the University of Arkansas in 2012. Madelyn also attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 2008 to 2009, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned. Most recently, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The University of Memphis in 2017.
