Eric Iles is a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Artisan Studios since August 2023. Previously, Eric served as a Software Engineer in Exchange Infrastructure at Bullish from March 2020 to March 2023, where Eric implemented a cloud infrastructure tagging strategy that led to significant cost reductions while utilizing technologies such as Google Cloud Platform and AWS. Eric was the Lead DevOps Engineer at Block.one from February 2018 to March 2020, leading a team of engineers and enhancing project outcomes through CI/CD infrastructure implementation. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer & Team Leader at TDS | Transcor Data Services, LLC from December 2014 to February 2018, Eric contributed to the Travel Reservation Itinerary Planning System used by over 65 bus lines in North America. Earlier roles include Software Engineer at Viper Software Solutions, Full Stack Web Developer at The E.W. Scripps Company, and Full Stack Engineer as a self-employed professional from December 2001 to December 2011, specializing in rescuing mismanaged projects. Eric is pursuing a degree at the University of Central Florida, with an expected completion date in August 2024.
