Michelle Paz is a Compliance Specialist at Artisan Partners since October 2021, bringing extensive experience in data analysis and customer service from previous roles. Prior to Artisan Partners, Michelle served as a Senior Benefits Analyst at Mercer, where responsibilities included complex calculations for pension benefits and ensuring compliance with SOC1 audit controls. At Concordia University-Wisconsin, Michelle held multiple positions, including Student Research Assistant/Data Analyst, where statistical analysis for research projects was conducted, and Chief Academic Officer in Student Government, advocating for student needs. Additional experience includes an Actuarial Intern position at SECURA Insurance, focusing on data analysis and predictive modeling, and a Pricing Intern role at Werner Electric Supply, where pricing contracts were managed and enhanced using Excel. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science and Finance from Concordia University-Wisconsin.
