Alec Barnes is an experienced investment analyst currently employed at Artisan Partners since August 2020. Previously, Alec held the position of Vice President at Ascribe Capital from May 2016 to July 2020 and served as an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs from July 2014 to February 2016, focusing on the Consumer Retail & Healthcare Group. Alec earned a degree from the University of Pennsylvania and The Wharton School, completing studies from 2010 to 2014, and attended Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School from 2006 to 2010.
