Jay Schipper is a professional with extensive experience in property management and asset management, currently serving as a Leasing Specialist at ARTISAN Management Group since May 2024. Prior to this role, Jay held the position of Asset Manager Executive at Real Property Management Express from February 2023 to May 2024 and worked as a Property Manager at Real Property Management from July 2022 to August 2023. Jay's career also includes experience as a Project Manager at Trillium Construction Services from September 2021 to August 2022, and as a Financial Representative at Modern Woodmen of America for a brief period in 2021. Jay earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Northern Iowa from 2017 to 2021.
