Deborah Blackburn is an experienced commercial property manager with a robust background in property management and oversight. Currently serving as a Commercial Property Manager at Artis REIT since June 2016 and at Vanta Commercial Properties since July 2013, Blackburn has developed extensive expertise in managing diverse commercial properties. Previous roles include Store Manager at Jockey International, Inc. for a brief period in 2013, and Property Manager at Horizon Management Services, Inc. from September 2008 to September 2012, where responsibilities included managing the Verona Campus. Additionally, Blackburn worked as a Commercial Area Manager at MetroPlains Management from September 2005 to September 2008, overseeing commercial properties in the Minneapolis and St. Paul regions.
