Eeson Rajendra has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Starting in 2003, they worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota, focusing on protein-protein interactions involved in antiviral innate immunity. In 2004, they continued their undergraduate research at the University of Cambridge, studying the expression, purification, and interactions of small G proteins. Eeson then worked as a Research Assistant at Kyoto University in 2004, focusing on genome stability and cell cycle control in DT40 cells. In 2005, they became a PhD and Postdoctoral Researcher at the MRC Cancer Unit/University of Cambridge. In 2010, they joined the MRC Laboratory of Molecular Biology (LMB) as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow, where they stayed until 2016. Since 2017, they have been with Artios Pharma Ltd, initially starting as a Senior Scientist and progressing to Principal Scientist and currently as Director of DDR Biology.
Eeson Rajendra pursued their education at the University of Cambridge. From 2001 to 2004, they obtained a degree in Natural Sciences with a field of study focused on Biochemistry. Later, from 2005 to 2009, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Oncology and Cancer Biology, also at the University of Cambridge.
