Kristin Jorgensen is an experienced sales and management professional with a strong background in customer support and product specialization. Currently serving as Senior Manager for the SMB Account Team at Articulate since October 2014, Kristin has previously held roles including Manager of the SMB Sales Team and Team Lead for the Product Specialist Team, focusing on enhancing customer experience and product evaluation. Prior to Articulate, Kristin worked at Thomson Reuters Westlaw as a Success Coach and Small Law Firm Representative, delivering tailored software solutions to boost productivity for small law firms. Early career experiences include pharmaceutical sales roles at ISTA Pharmaceuticals, Publicis Selling Solutions, Janssen Pharmaceutica, Takeda Pharmaceuticals, and Hoechst Marion Roussel. Kristin Jorgensen holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the State University of New York at Oswego and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in History at SUNY Brockport.
