Alexandra Decker has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Alexandra is currently the Head of Corporate Development at Artica, starting in August 2021. Previously, they worked at Financial Technology Partners / FT Partners from 2015 to 2021, holding various roles including Vice President Investment Banking, Investment Banking Associate, and Investment Banking Analyst. Before that, they had a series of positions at GE Capital from 2011 to 2015, including FMP - Capital Markets, FMP - HQ FP&A Analyst, FMP - GE Capital Americas Risk COE, and FMP - Equipment Finance Commercial Analyst. Additionally, they interned at GE Capital's Financial Management Program in 2011 and GE Energy's Financial Management Program in 2010. Alexandra also gained experience as a Private Wealth Management Intern at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in 2009.
Alexandra Decker attended Penn State University from 2008 to 2012, where they completed their Bachelor of Science degree. Their field of study was Finance with a focus in Accounting, and they also pursued a minor in International Business. In 2011, they participated in a semester study abroad program at Palazzo Ruccelai in Florence, Italy. During this program, they further expanded their knowledge in the fields of Business, Art, and Photography.
