Max James currently serves as the Vice President of Sales & Partnerships at Arthur, an AI Performance Company, since August 2023. Prior to this role, Max held the position of Vice President of Enterprise Sales at DataGrail from 2022 to 2023. Experience at People.ai includes serving as Advisor, Corporate Vice President, and Vice President of Global Accounts from February 2018 to 2023. Earlier career highlights include a role at Salesforce as part of Strategic Accounts from 2016 to 2018 and leading sales for Strategic Verticals at Citrix from 2006 to 2015. Max James holds a BA in Economics from UC Santa Barbara, an MBA from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, and is currently pursuing further studies at Stanford University since 2016.
