Simon Berger has a wealth of experience in business operations and consulting. Simon began their career in 2007 as an Intern at Microsoft. In 2009, they were an Intern at ALDI Stores. In 2010, they were a Summer Associate at The Linde Group. In 2012, they were an Intern at goetzpartners. In 2013, they were a Summer Associate at L.E.K. Consulting. In 2014, they were a Summer Analyst at Hampleton Partners. In 2015, they were an Entrepreneur In Residence at QBXNet Ltd. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Consultant and Associate. Most recently, they have been the Head of BizOps and Interim Head of Demand at Arthur.

Simon Berger received their High School Diploma from Mercersburg Academy in 2008. Simon then attended EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht from 2009 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in General Management and Computer Science. In 2011, they completed a semester abroad at National Taiwan University, studying Business Administration and Management, General. Finally, from 2013 to 2016, they attended the University of St.Gallen and earned a Master of Arts (MA) in Strategy & International Management (SIM).
