Pierre Rochard is an experienced professional in real estate investment and urban development, currently serving as Directeur Associé Commerce and Consultant Investissement at Arthur Loyd since February 2019, advising institutional and private investors on property acquisition and portfolio management strategies. Prior to this role, Pierre was responsible for investment in France at Mitiska REIM, focusing on peripheral retail parks from September 2017 to January 2019, and held various positions at Carrefour from September 2013 to August 2017, including Responsable Expansion, where Pierre oversaw the development and acquisition of strategic land for the company. Earlier in the career, Pierre worked at Bouygues Immobilier as a chargé d'étude, specializing in urban renewal projects. Pierre holds a Master's degree in urban planning and real estate from Lille 2 and has completed a cycle in urbanisme at Sciences Po.
